Can I change or cancel my order?

As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, orders may take between 2-4 weeks to arrive or 6-8 weeks for larger items.

What is your return policy?

Our 30-day/50-mile return policy is one of the most generous in the e-bike industry. Here’s how it works: 

You have 30 days after receiving your e-bike to request a return. No return requests can be submitted after this date. To request a return, simply email info@electricbikesofchicago.com.

To be eligible for a return, the e-bike must have less than fifty (50) miles on the odometer, be free of any wear and tear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or any other signs of use and must be in the same packaging and condition that you receive it and must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, alarm fobs, etc.). Simply repack the E-bike with the original shipping material and box.

As long as you meet this criteria, we'll accept your return for a $600 restocking fee to cover the cost of return shipping, inspection.  If shipped, all refunds will be processed after the item has been received and inspected. (Please note that any damages incurred to a returned bike will be deducted from the refund amount). A net value will be evaluated, and a refund will be issued within 12-14 business days.

All cancelled orders will be processed within 12-14 business days from receipt of notice of cancellation. 

Please note that orders that are cancelled before shipping are still subject to the $600 restocking fee.

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

Please contact us if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
