Return Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We want you to be completely satisfied with your experience. Please review our return policy below before making a return.
Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of the original purchase date. To qualify, the bike must have fewer than 10 miles of recorded use since purchase. Returns requested after the 7-day window or on bikes with 10 or more miles will not be accepted.
Condition of Returned Items
All returned bikes must be in their original condition — unmodified and in original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and documentation. Bikes that show signs of excessive wear, damage, or modification will not be eligible for return.
Mileage Verification
Mileage will be verified at the time of return. Bikes with 10 or more miles recorded on the odometer or display console will be ineligible for return, regardless of the return date.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a $600 restocking fee, which will be deducted from any refund issued. This fee covers the cost of inspection, repackaging, and re-shelving.
Refund Process
Once a return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method, minus the applicable restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Custom or special-order bikes
- Items without original packaging or proof of purchase
